News From the Front
However the day was far from over and while the American General, Terry Pie, had but two squads of elite rangers at his disposal he used them to devastating effect. Harrassing the Germans through a gap in their lines the squads proved to be a thorn in the side of German forces, hamstringing their ability to deal with the dug in British troops on the eastern flank. With the American HQ repaired by British forces Terry Pie was once again able to call on more support from command.
More rangers were called upon to aid in the offensive and led now by one squad boasting heavy veterancy, were able to push up and retake the western flank. Meanwhile the Panzer Elite forces had suffered a string of bitter defeats during their attempts to defend the central section of the battlefield as well as assault the eastern flank of the field. Consequently they now posed little threat to the Allied forces.
British troops were able to dig in to prevent an assault through the western flank to the American HQ and provide a defensive line for the Americans to fall back on. The Allies managed to hold on and turned what was to be a crushing defeat into one of the most memorable victories of the war; the day including everything from Terry Pie ordering artillery to shell his own HQ, to an elite squad of rangers boasting 39 infantry, two light vehicle, three heavy vehicle [including two tiger tanks] and one building kill.
-------------------------------------------
If you want to see the replay, ask and I shall send. The artillery on the base was HILARIOUS especially because it was followed by me lulz killing his first tiger. My base was destroyed by a panzergay rush that picked up all my dropped bazookas, which was also pretty funny, especially when I just had my two squads of rangers and a squad of roflmen left. I was 0.2 seconds off breaking the fourty kill mark with them too; but we won D: Considering scores were 83 to greater than 450, I think it was an awesome victory. One epic comeback to rival that when Paks and I turned the tide of a battle against Papasahdes and Hooch in a 2v2 on Wolfheze.

AWOL
My new comp still lacks a working internet connection, and this one takes several tries to actually turn on. So I'll be unable to strengthen the burgeoning ranks of wartrain for short term future. Also Fallout 3 rocks - pity you can't help the enclave, they always seem to have the cool uniforms.
Also I know this is a bit of a bother, but could Marko (or whoever sent the ga invites) please send them back to me as I would be very happy to contribute to our glory anyway possible - and this time I will accept them!

WHAT A DICK.
1. WarTrain - When you enter a ladder new to you it is imperative that you familiarise yourselves with the rules. Your ignorance of the rules is no foundation for your complaint.
2. Blatent If you had read the fules thoroughly, or even checked the result of your last match, you would see that the score for a forfeit should be entered as 0:0. This is to prevent unnecessary disputes. This is not a percentage based ladder so you have nothing to gain by putting in a score of 16:0.
WarTrain will forfeit this match, and I suggest that before they challenge, or accept a challenge, that they have at least 5 members available to play that also have correct Steam I/Ds set."

Additional notes: Alright assholes, listen to me with my bullshit here. You will, repeat, WILL, comment on this blog (as with every other match annoucement henceforth) to acknowledge that you've seen this, and whether you can play. For now, I know that EVERYONE has 1.6, and I know that, given that these are the holidays, NOONE is "busy" (no, Eric, not even you can avoid this one duty). So I expect you all to respond favorably, and I want as many ppl as possible here so we don't run into number problems.
*UPDATE* I just happened to run into one of these guys while "practicing" on what happened to be their clan server. I was "aided" in my "practicing" by Terry Pie, inducing much high levels of grief from this guy, who HAPPENED to be the clan CAPTAIN. I know, I couldn't make this shit up. He threatened to kick us from his server, upon which I commenced spamming "get your 8 or forfiet", even though 1.6 wars are only 5v5. So this is well and truly on, gentlemen.

"Weapons free..."
Make sure you sign on for the other teams, even if you don't have the relevant game so we can get the numbers ASAP. Also, a lot of nigs have been whining, so I'll address this here: ENEMY TERRITORY IS FREE, dl it from the GA website, it's only about 300mb, if I recall, so it's not that much. I'll let you get back to your games now.
